Called to see if I could get a larger hard drive. Mike generously shared his vast knowledge on the phone and helped me make a decision without a service commitment or fee!!

My PC abruptly stopped working after a botched part install. I called these folks up and they got me in, diagnosed my pc, and got it back to me in a very timely manner. Without them I would’ve missed being able to do my schoolwork. Great people!

My hard drive crashed. I brought my computer in and it was DONE the next day. They are reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the customer service. I previously had a laptop upgraded there and same thing. Done in 1 day and the price was far less than getting a new computer. Excellent service!

Highly recommend! My work computer crashed on me during the pandemic. I googled computer repair in the area and decided to go with Sungeek based on reviews and what a great decision it was; super fast turnaround and great customer service! Mike and Kim are awesome, they listened and understood the issue and fixed it. Not only did they fix my problem but they were able to advise me on upgrades I was looking to make with my computer. My computer is so much faster and efficient after they repaired and upgraded it. I called back with another very minor issue I was having with my computer and they were able to help me right over the phone. Thank you so much!
